Her thesis was on “Osteopathic Paradigms for treatment of sinusitis & ENT conditions”.

She trained at the both the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) & the College of Osteopaths (COET), Active Acupuncturists in General Practice & Hospitals (AAGH) & later with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS). I am an Alternative Therapist fully qualified in Bowen E.C.B.S Cert 2005, a Hatha Yoga teacher working with the mind, body & soul & a Reiki Master using universal divine healing energy.

I believe we all have the ability to self-heal with a little assistance. Our bodies can become unbalanced caused by dis- ease within the body. Treating the body as a whole is the key. There's many alternative therapies Bowen being one of them.

Bowen realigns using pressure points & rolling over soft tissues. It's not invasive, very gentle suiting everyone even babies & the elderly There's no manipulation. Bowen also works muscular skeletally and on cell memory often long after an injury has recovered you can still feel the pain due to the cell remembering the pain. So Bowen clears the cell memory. Most pain is the result of an emotional disturbance coming out within the physical body.

Pop along and visit for a Bowen I would love to meet you.

Hi I’m Debs, I’ve been working as a holistic therapist/tutor/Coach for 30 years with clinical experience. my main focus now is to facilitate the healing of my clients by merging Eastern and Western therapies along with Wellbeing life Coaching. I find this approach helps them to heal, balance and transform naturally in a space that encourages mental and physical wellbeing as well as purpose, Joy and direction.

The main healing modalities I use are Wellbeing Life Coaching, The Bowen Technique, Reflexology, Crystal healing and Energy Work, Holistic Energy Massage and Organic Holistic Facials. Clients come to me for a variety of reasons, some want to make life changes but don’t know where to start, some have physical or muscular skeletal pain, others come for more emotional or spiritual reasons, and some have stress related issues and ailments that have not responded to other therapies.

I find clients respond really well to my treatments, and this helps them stay motivated to achieve their health/Life goals. My aim is to inspire people to heal naturally and to help them make educated choices that lead to all aspects of a healthy lifestyle and so reach their true potential on all levels.

I have also taught many healing therapies over the years from reflexology to reiki and energy workshops, If you are interested in discovering more about different aspects of healing I now offer bespoke workshops on a one or two to one basis where you can learn about subjects like chakras, colour, energy, meridians, Bach remedies. My latest work has been in wellbeing life coaching for Joy, purpose and direction.

I love all aspects of my work and have truly found my vocation in life. I have met many incredible and inspirational people who have taught me so much and I thank each and every one of them. I look forward to meeting you too, as we continue to learn from each other on our healing journey.

  • Baby and Child Massage

In 1999 I was working in a busy stressful sales office when I decided to make my hobby my profession. I trained at Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine in Mount Vernon Hospital. I studied, practiced and trained outside of work hours until, I took the plunge and left the corporate world for a therapy room. So for 20 years I have been practicing complementary therapies. I love learning and am always adding new skills and therapies to my offering to give the client the best outcome.

Karen is a qualified Reflexologist (including hot stone, fertility & maternity), Massage Therapist (including Indian Head Massage and Hot Stones) and Baby and Child Massage and Reflexology instructor.

My approach whether it's massage or reflexology, is to focus on the whole person. Your treatment will encompass your physical, mental and spiritual health. The effects and benefits of complementary therapies are as individual as the person receiving them. I love complementary therapies and am constantly amazed at how unique everyone's reactions are to them. Stress is such a big part of our lives these days. I believe anything we can do to relieve negative stress helps the body to rest and repair itself how it is designed to.

Karen offers a mix of therapies all committed to helping relax and de stress the clients. All of the treatments are deeply relaxing and are as individual as the person receiving them.

Recently Karen has had great results with clients suffering from IBS, headaches and sciatica.

A relaxing treat should be an essential part of your self-care routine. It is important that you take time to recharge your own batteries. You will feel relaxed yet focused and more capable within your daily routine.

Homeopathy LCHE
Craniosacral Therapist
BSc (Hons)

  • Homeopathy
  • Cranio-sacral Therapy

As a registered homeopath and craniosacral therapist, I can help you with a wide range of emotional and physical health issues. My approach is to provide a safe, non-judgemental healing space to compassionately listen to you. Both therapies work holistically to balance mind, body and spirit by supporting your body's own innate healing ability. These therapies are profoundly transformative. It is my privilege to treat clients in either of these powerful healing therapies.

For homeopathic appointments, I will be listening to you describe your symptoms and gaining insight into you as a person. The essence of homeopathy is treating each person individually to match you to the homeopathic medicine required. Homeopathic medicine is referred to as remedies. Remedies are completely natural and have no toxic side effects. It is safe to take remedies alongside orthodox medicine and is suitable forbabies and breast feeding mums.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) appointments are carried out fully clothed on a therapist table. I will gentle place my hands and listen to your body's communication. CST supports the body's healing ability by facilitating the releases of tension enabling a more relaxed state. CST works deeply with the central nervous system and encourages the body to release long held anxieties. I will be listening to your body express its needs and will take up contact where required, which is usually the head or spine. It is typical to feel deeply relaxed at the end of a session.

Helping people to remove self-limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, emotional and physical pain.

It doesn’t matter what blocks my clients are facing (trauma, abuse, bullying, addictions, anxiety, health issues, self-esteem, confidence, productivity, motivation, or ones you may not even know) I have them covered. I use an accredited Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) which combines neuro linguistic programming, CBT, hypnotherapy and psychology. A technique which is more powerful than the sum of its parts.

RTT ensures in 1-3 sessions that my clients can be free from disempowering beliefs, emotional pain & physical afflictions and without this old mental programming they see new possibilities (meaning they are healthier, less stressed and free from phobia’s, physical & emotional pain).

They don’t have to wait months or years to find the reasons they are looking for or to make the changes they deserve.

Combining RTT with my Health & Well-being Coaching I am able to coach my clients to implement the life changes they desire.

I look forward to helping you.

  • Zero Balancing

Zero Balancing encourages energy and structure to reorganize, integrate and reach zero - a perfect point of balance and harmony in the body. It is a gentle, yet most powerful, method of releasing accumulated tension and rebalancing nervous energy in the deepest structures of the body.

Zero Balancing works with the energy of bones, and especially the foundation joints of the whole body, using gentle touch and stretches to release deeply held patterns which restrict free movement. It can also be adapted for the organs and soft tissues where needed, and regularly includes the bones of the head and face. Zero Balancing eloquently communicates a sense of well being that can be profoundly affirming and validating, and is deeply satisfying to those who receive it.

My training began over ten years ago and in that time I have found that Zero Balancing can address a wide range of conditions ranging from physical discomfort, emotional stress and anxiety, and can offer support through times of transition and change. I have worked with a wide range of people of all ages including children with autism and learning difficulties, people who are sick and those who are well and simply want to enjoy life to the full. People love this treatment, which eases the body and calms the mind. It works effectively through clothing. Many come simply to relax, find relief from a variety of conditions, and to come home to themselves. Regular Zero Balancing can lead to a deeply embodied sense of peace.
