Therapy Room Facilities

We have 4 fully furnished, therapy rooms and consulting rooms and a fully Soundproofed talking therapy room. Each therapy room has either electric or hydraulic operated couches which are suitable for a wide range of treatments From acupuncture chiropody osteopathy physiotherapy to all general massage & holistic therapies . Couch covers and paper bed rolls are supplied & rooms are fully furnished with chairs desk and hospital style CQC compliant basins & Taps.

Our consulting and counselling rooms are located together to ensure maximum privacy and quietness. The rooms are suitable for one to one therapy or couple counselling The clinic provides reception and client booking service, a waiting area, marketing and in-house cleaning service, this is all inclusive in the rental fee.

Marketing

Although it is the responsibility of the practitioners to generate their own clientele, we offer all practitioners assistance in their marketing efforts.

Online:
Ringwood Health Clinic website: Inclusion of the practitioner's treatment and profile on www.ringwoodhealth.com.
Display of therapist details on our Twitter and Social Media platforms.

Brochures:
Inclusion of the practitioners therapies in the Ringwood health clinics leaflet display stand and on the display tables within the reception / waiting areas & treatment rooms throughout the clinic.

Window display:
All therapists are able to display their posters in our shop window.

Leaflet drops:
We regularly provide leaflet drops in the local area via local newspapers or via direct drops to specific, targetted areas in the vicinity.

Details

Flexible Agreement:
Practitioners work at The Ringwood Clinic under license agreement and can book time slots either by half-day or whole day.

Time slots
Weekdays: 9am - 2pm; 2.00pm - 7.00pm
Weekends and evening by arrangement

All practitioners must demonstrate the following on being accepted to join The Ringwood Clinic:

  • Post-certificate experience in at least one therapy;

  • Public liability insurance;

  • Registered with their professional association covering their particular therapy;

  • Presentation of insurance certificates and qualifications.
